FibreTQS provides very accurate measurement of the diameter variation on Monofilament yarn during the production process allowing fault threadline and process problems to be immediately identified.
In the Monofilament process FibreTQS uses a highly sensitive and accurate optical sensor that separately identifies both very short term faults (typically 0.1 - 5mm) and medium term (typically 5mm to 20m) faults.
The standard FibreTQS sensor measures in the range 20 to 1000 microns with a resolution of 0.1 microns
