Data Transfer to a Plant Computer
FibreTQS can write files to a mapped drive incorporating:
- Doff Reports
- Pack Values
- Events
- Merge Details
- Current Reading
Detailed content of the export file can be configured via an INI file.
Central Data Base Access
FibreTQS will write data from multiple machines to a SQL server data base on a mapped drive including the following data:
- Package Reports
- Events
- Captures
- Historical Data
- Full table definitions will be provided to allow customers to produce their own client reports.
Note: The SQL Server software is not included and maintenance of the Database will be the responsibility of the customer.
Doff Number Synchronisation
FibreTQS can operate with a range of doff number allocation logics and can also use doff numbers provided via:
- CSV file on the PC, or
- RS485 Serial link at the Section Interface.
- With both of these options the doff numbers can be changed at any time through the build. Normally a doff number of ZERO is used to indicate an invalid pack.
Multi Machine Controller (MMC)
MMC provides the facility to control multiple machines from a single computer as well as for multiple computers to view the status of single or multiple FibreTQS machines. A top level screen mimic of the machines installed is provided, with the ability to click through on to the current displays for each machine with the same screens as the current FibreTQS system to access current data including:
- Current status
- Current Data View
- Current Pack Data View
- Real Time Views
- Efficiency Data
- Alarm and Event data
- Package Reports
- Production Reports
- Historical Trend Data
